Master of Wine Rose Murray Brown (www.rosemurraybrown.com) is once again organising the UK’s largest charity wine tasting in central Edinburgh to raise awareness of Wine Relief and funds for Comic Relief.
26 companies will be exhibiting including major supermarkets, high street retailers and independent merchants with their 2009 Wine Relief selections– with over 100 wines to taste. There will also be competitions and a grand raffle to raise extra funds.
Rose Murray Brown is one of only 270 Masters of Wine worldwide. She is the only female Master of Wine working in Scotland. She passed this rigorous practical and theoretical examination, the highest qualification achievable in the drinks trade, in 1998.
