With the current state of the economy we may be getting used to seeing big discounts. but nevertheless 40% off all
Well give yourselves something to celebrate – a 40% off wine and champagne voucher. Click here to download. Offer ends 13th April.
The next task is to find a branch on a high street that remains open!

This deal is a bit of a joke – it’s poor!
They ran this event at last christmas… I went into the store to buy Some wines using the voucher and realised everything had 50% ON the standard price.
For instance – Wolf BLass Yellow Label Cab. Sauv today is £9.99 standard price, or £5.99 after the 40% discount. It looks like a great deal until you realise other stores on the high street have even better deals without the voucher!
I recently saw this wine in Tesco for £5.96, Bargain Booze has it for £4.99 and I think Asda is priced between the two.
Come on thresher, you’ll have to do better than this stunt to convince me to buy from you!
Not sure if this comment got through or not as it hasn’t apperared.
I tried this offer last christmas when they ran a very similar offer – 40% off. What I didn’t realise is that they actaully put 50% ON the prices of wines in order to run this promotion.
Forinstance Wolf Blass yellow label cab sav is £9.99 on threshers site (5.99 after the 40% discount), 5.96 in Tesco , 4.99 in Bargain Booze and between the two in ASDA.
Even after the 40% off, they are still more expensive than the resto of the high street. Come on Thresher – stop thinking we are fools and treating us like idiots!!
I am amazed that thresher’s should continue to waste money on phoney promotions the public are not completely stupid
I think many are surprised that Threshers remains in business after the turmoil of the last few years
