London independent wine merchant Planet of the Grapes is hosting a winemaker dinner at Suze’s restaurant in Mayfair on 25 February 2009. The restaurant is owned and run by a pair of New Zealanders offerings “taste sensations from Australasia.
This quality Hawkes Bay winery has just been voted one of the top 5 estates in New Zealand by Robert Parker and their Coleraine Cabernet/Merlot is one of the finest wines the country produces.
The evening will start at 7pm with a glass of wine and canapes on arrival.
The meal will consist of 4 courses with wines to match the delicious food and a presentation from the owner, John Buck. We will be tasting 7 different wines in total and finish off with coffee and petit fours.
