Malcolm – I wonder if it is Piper Heidsieck Cuvée Sublime Demi-Sec NV that you are referring to? Off-dry and available for about £28 I think.

We were recently presented with a single bottle of piper heideisieck, slightly sweet, definately not brut champagne.
we found it absolutely superb but the presenter could not inform us where she purchased it from and we lost the label in attempting to remove it… despite many tries and searches we are unable to source a case. Would be gratefull for any ideas .

Hi, i read an article in the metro newspaper about piper mini champagne bottles. i currently manage a restaurant and i am very interested in this whole idea of the champagne in tumblers and drinking out the bottle with straws! i would like to get some information of who supplies them how much they are and are their any other different types that they do, like rose? i want to promote these this summer so if anyone could get back to me that would be great! thank you.
